TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FREE PARTY

 

Here are the terms and conditions to apply for this party:

 

TERM 1- DATE &TIME

The "Ariel Practice Party" would take place Wednesday, July 10th with Elsa there from 4pm until  5:30pm. (if this exact timing doesn't work we can be flexible and shift the timing. The date would not be flexible. )

 

The children must arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the entertainment begins. If you are doing a

food/snack portion it would need to take place before the character arrives OR after she leaves, but not take place during the entertainment. 

 

 

TERM 2- RECORDING

We will have one of our princess trainers come and video record the party, this recording would be used for training purposes and may potentially be used advertising purposes (social media, website etc) 

 

 

TERM 3- BACKGROUND NOISE 

We ask there to be limited adult guests in the room and limited chit chat/background noise going on in the room where our princess will be performing. 

 

 

TERM 4- LOCATION  

We would come to your house (or a hall that you rent) The party must take place within 10 minutes of the location you provide in your “application” (see below). Parking would be required for the performer. 

 

 

TERM 5- NUMBER OF CHILDREN 

You would need to have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 15 children in attendance and a room that was big enough to do a little bit of dancing
